Cottage Rental Rates

High Season ( July, August, Holiday weekends):

In July and August rentals are only available per week at a rate of $3180 + HST
On holiday weekends Friday to Monday rental is available at a rate of $1280 + HST

Mid Season (June and September)

Low Season (any time other than June, July, August, September or Holiday weekends):

Other daily or alternative combination of days are negotiable in rate by telephone contact

Guest Info

The cottage will be maintained and handed over in good condition by the owners
Renter will provide sheets, pillow cases and towels for their stay
The cottage owners are not responsible for any injuries incurred by cottage users during their stay
Any damages to the cottage or its contents caused during the renters stay is the responsibility of the cottage renters. The cost of repairs and / or replacement will be deducted from the renters security deposit. If costs of repair / replacement exceed the security deposit, renters agree to fund the excess.
At the end of the renters stay, the cottage must be left in a clean and tidy condition as found. Any major additional cleaning costs that are required will be deducted from the renters security deposit – minimum $75 charge
No smoking is permitted in the cottage. Please smoke on the terrace outside.
No pets are permitted in the cottage in order to keep the cottage fresh, clean and allergy free.
